The Amy Winehouse Foundation

amywinehousefoundation.co.ukOn 14th September to coincide with what would have been Amy’s 28th birthday, the Winehouse Family and FreshStone Design launched the Amy Winehouse Foundation. The AWF is a registered charity aimed at specifically helping young people across the world who are in need due to ill health, disability, financial disadvantage and addiction.

The launch was accompanied by promotional US & UK television appearances by the Winehouse family, as well as wide-spread coverage in the worldwide media. The response to the Foundation has been absolutely phenomenal, with 1000′s of hits on the website, generous donations and fundraising events and projects planned for the very near future.

FreshStone worked closely with the Winehouse family, Metropolis Music and Comic Relief to ensure the website was up and running and able to accept donations in time for the launch and we continue to maintain the site as well as coordinate the social media outlets.
